General Description[]
This lithe fellow is reasonably tall, and often garbed in robes of colours not often occuring in nature. Rarely seen without a fishing rod in hand, his dark hair is often bound back and under his hood. Goggles of differing colours adorn his face as well. If seen without his robes, much of his skin is covered in an array of runes and sigils.

Not originally from this realm, an experiment gone awry has led him here. He appears from time to time to offer aid or advice.
